We regret that the parts needed to repair obsolete and discontinued units are no longer available and we can no longer offer repair for these units. 

We are currently only able to provide service for our current products.

 

All product sent for repair requires an RMA. 

Contact us at sales@optoelectronics.com to inquire regarding Service and RMA.

 

After you receive an RMA, package your Optoelectronics product for service carefully to avoid shipping damage. Do not include any accessories unless they may also be needed to diagnose the problem.

Send the unit to our repair facility shipping prepaid.

Enclose a note explaining the problem, a copy of your invoice if the unit is under warranty, return address and a contact telephone number or email.

Your unit will be evaluated and you will be contacted with an estimate if it is out of warranty. Typical repair return time is 2-3 weeks.

In the event that after receiving an estimate, you decline to have the unit repaired, you will be subject to a $25 evaluation fee plus return shipping costs.
